I found the home nursing staff to be professional, responsive, meticulous, and courteous. Those who arrange the appoints for the home nurse as well as the med deliveries also performed well including communication between OptionCare and the appropriate medical staff at Rutgers University Hospital in Newark. I realized many of these reviews are negative, but that was not my experience.
