I have had great experiences with OptionCare. The nurses have been wonderful - kind and gentle. My infusions went well. Highly recommend!
Impossible to get ahold of. Wait on hold for 30-45 minutes easily and then they don't know how to help you anyway
Don't waste your time with this company - Bio Scrip, Infusion Solutions, Option Care, whatever they call themselves these days... I was a patient for six years and most of the time with them was mediocre at best. The last two, however, were abysmal. Little to no communication, constantly being given the runaround, few folks returning calls, everything being directed to me to do (e.g. start the prior authorization process - that's THEIR job!) when I am not a healthcare expert, the list goes on.
