Very helpful & joyful & wonderful at what they do
I “used” this company after getting a feeding tube this past August. If I could rate them at fewer than one star I would. NEVER was an order correct. Luckily I could buy stuff from Amazon and get by. They promised to have everything sent to my house by the time I got home from the hospital. My home health nurse had to go to our local hospital because my supplies didn’t all arrive until after a week. Keep in mind: I could not eat or drink at all. I was completely dependent on the feeding tube. Things never improved with them.... read more

Option care gives top-notch quality care to their clients. During a very scary and frightful time in my life when I was put on TPN in December, their team calmed my fears and help me understand my treatment plan and what it would look like. They never make me feel like I’m too much when I reach out for questions even if it’s after hours. I highly recommend this company for your infusion needs. I have tried every number available, always get a recording, and no one ever answers!! They don’t even give an option to leave a message! Totally frustrated!!🤨
