When you call their number the recording says they treat their patients like family. I sure hope not. My mom had to have a medication delivered. Happened to walk outside and find a box with a giant label "needs to be refrigerated" just sitting there. No knock on the door. Then we were shorted medication. Label said quantity of 15 and we had 12. Now I'm on hold for "a second" otherwise known as they never came back to the phone.
