I've been receiving infusions here for 1.5 years and I couldn't ask for better care! I highly recommend BioScrip/Option Care.
Been going here for years! Wonderful people! Been there thru all the different name changes and all! Loss some staff but got new ones and they are all very nice!
First I would like to put this out there. I believe customer reviews should only be allowed by repeat customers. Not everyone has a great day, everyday. I have had 2 interactions with this company. First was 7-15-2013, I was prescribed a mixed ointment type formula, they mixed it and made sure I was covered by my insurance which was not my insurance company, at the time's, plan. I have been going for almost a year and have not had any problems staff is friendly and knowledgeable, will continue to get my monthly treatment here for as long as necessary.
The pharmacy technicians are amazing however the management is horrible unfortunately
