Let me start by saying that Adam needs to learn people skills and how he speaks to others. They sent the wrong medication to our home with another patient’s information on it. He was less than helpful and very disrespectful and dismissive. Making it seem as if I should be ok with the mixup. 1st day out of hospital I was supposed to have IV antibiotics that afternoon. Box arrived at 8:30 p.m. After unboxing, there were no IV lines, not to mention PICC line extension caps which they later said were backordered. Made calls and received them at 12:30 a.m. Since I had never done this before, I was up until 3:30 a.m. self administering.
