The Nurses were extremely knowledgeable about their product and how to use it. The delivery service out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana delivered the product on time. I would use them every time when needed.
I was very pleased with the initial response I got from Option Care, and after I got home the representative Mrs Kendle walked us through setting up the pump to hooking me up. Every week I get my supplies, no problems. I highly recommend this company.
