I have a conversion disorder, which means that my body experiences stress as pain. During the most stressful month of my life, I booked massages with both Ruth and Mona. I feel positively nurtured and like my authentic energy is back!! Please, please take care of yourself by visiting this place. Emily, the owner, is one of the most creative and brilliant people I have ever met. Compassion is her language!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anxiety, depression, stress, and somatic complaints. I absolutely LOVE this place!! It’s insanely beautiful and creative. The atmosphere of it all makes me never want to leave!! Mona took care of me and she’s the best, she’s so sweet and truly listened to my concerns. I highly recommend 100%
I’ve been seeing Emily for over a year now, on a monthly basis. I had a bad car accident ten years ago with lingering neck and back pain. Emily has been so helpful in alleviating my tension and pain and always takes an informed approach on how to address problem areas. I also feel anxious when sitting in silence for long periods of time so she chats with me through the massage as well, which helps me to feel even more relaxed. I cannot recommend her enough!
Both emily and and ramona are skilled practitioners. Their massages aren’t just relaxing but actually treat the root problem. Bonus the space is amazing. I wish I could live there!
