Biorestoration is the best medical facility I have been to. They are all extremely professional and helpful. Everyone makes you feel like it is your second home. I am an RN and feel that the care and cleanliness is superior. Kat Holms, my nurse, is the best! I will never leave her! Her knowledge and understanding are superior! Julie is fabulous! She always takes such an interest in every detail, making sure that all my levels are where they need to be to make me feel and be my best. I’ve been going to BioRestoration for years, but unfortunately, the customer service has declined considerably. Scheduling has become increasingly disorganized, with confusion, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations. Today, I had an important appointment that I needed before my race on Saturday. They canceled by text only one hour beforehand and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.
