I’ve been going to BioRestoration for years, but unfortunately, the customer service has declined considerably. Scheduling has become increasingly disorganized, with confusion, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations. Today, I had an important appointment that I needed before my race on Saturday. They canceled by text only one hour beforehand and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. BioRestoration has been amazing to work with everyone is friendly and they seem like they really care about their patients. David Douglas is my Doctor and he is the best in my opinion. He is very knowledgeable and gives great advise. I have been very happy working with him.
Julie is kind and answers all my questions. I feel so much better now. I knew something wasn't quite right, but when I did my bloodwork with my regular physician, they said the numbers were "fine". But I was still feeling off and tired all the time. Julie has helped me with Hormone Therapy and many other specific things to feel better. I would recommend Biorestoration to anyone. Thank you for helping me feel so much better.
