Purchased the service Jan 24th. The link to schedule a blood draw didn’t work (it’s understandable to have technical issues so it wasn’t a huge deal). I emailed about this I received an email saying they’d look into it. I didn’t hear anything for a week so I emailed a few times the following week asking for help and eventually asked for a refund and received no response. It is now February 8th and still no contact for assistance from Bioreach and no refund. The communication was non-existent.
Been calling all day, every option goes to the same voice recording that "customer service is not available" and when you go to leave a voicemail it says "mailbox is full". Say's they are open on google but it doesn't seem like it.
I had my yearly blood draw from the comfort and convenience of my own home, at the same time as my family. The mobile phlebotomist was on time, friendly and in and out within 10minutes. So quick, easy and convenient. I got the 106 marker panel which is about 4times more detailed than I’ve ever gotten previously. Cash pay health care is the way to go.
Mobile phlebotomist was on time, friendly and then my results were available the very next day! I had the most comprehensive blood panel that I’ve ever had, for the best value.
