The tech they sent was very inexperienced. He didn't even check the attic until I recommended it. Then when I asked if he had any idea of what caused the mold he said the hot air coming out of my dehumidifier caused it. I asked if he would have someone more experienced call me with some more info so I could get to the bottom of the cause and they said they would have the owner call me back but after two text messages to remind them they have not responded. Waste of money and time
