I was told that I would not have to sign for my shipment and had to take a day off of work because I did have to sign. My next shipment was supposed to arrive in 1 month. I have been unable to get my medication and keep getting the run around and a different answer with each person I speak with. Apparently, they are switching over systems which has been going on for over a month, so you can't log in online and when you call each phone call takes approximately 20 minutes. Bioplus Specialty Pharmacy is terrible.

Avoid this company at all cost. Did not receive my oral chemotherapy drug on time because of their incompetence and missed four doses because of them. Terrible service.

Omg I will give this place a no star for not valued their words. I called them several times in one day and they promised me they will take care of my prescription and I called back to see if it’s been process but the answer they give was the pharmacist left for the day. Is this how you value your client, I literally called 5 times in one day and got the run around because everyone I spoke with give me a different answer. This pharmacy is un-reliable for business.

If I could give this company a zero star review I would. They are incompetent, to say the least. One department doesn’t seem to know what another department is doing. Records of phone calls are not noted, and to top it off we were dealing with them regarding a chemotherapeutic drug. Due to their incompetency my husband did not receive his drug, as promised, in the necessary time frame.
