The service is nice and friendly. The staff are very kind and helpful.
Dr. Li can be rude and her mood is unstable. She is often pleasant to deal with, however, it can go 180 on some days - which is quite unprofessional and annoying. My family purchased a facial package good for 10 times (and this is not cheap mind you). Each visit should count as 1 time. When one of my family member visited, it got counted as 4 times, maybe duration was slightly longer. No communication beforehand whatsoever from the receptionist.
