I have worked with Bio Pest for 10 years + and have never had any issues with their work or communication. They are the best pest control company I have ever worked with. I am always referring clients to use their services as they are so good. We have tried many other companies in the past before we discovered James and his fantastic team. Honestly we could not recommend them enough. Always a 5star service from the team.

I strongly advise against using Biopest Management Ltd. Over the course of a year, they consistently neglected their responsibilities and failed to provide the level of service we were paying for. When we raised our concerns, they chose to terminate the contract rather than address the issues. We also requested copies of the service reports and the contract for transparency, but these were never provided.
