"I was disappointed with my recent experience at Bioped Pickering. While I had high hopes of a reasonable courteous service, I found delays in service and poor quality of customer service. For instance, the staff seemed inattentive to my concerns, and kept on responding in an evasive manner! I expected a more personalized and professional approach, especially given the nature of their services.
