Recently I attended an appt. at BioPed in the West Hamilton clinic with Dr. Isabella Capone. I had been experiencing both knee and hip pain, along with lower back and pelvic discomfort due to a previous injury (car accident). The staff here are amazing—super friendly and helpful! Even though I'm not an easy customer, my experience was great. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this place.
Not recommended due to poor customer services. First, During my recent visit, I was asked to provide my full credit card details — including number, expiration date, and CVV — in case my insurance claim was rejected. I find this request highly concerning and unprofessional. It is not only unnecessary at this stage of the billing process, but also raises serious concerns about data privacy and the potential for misuse of sensitive information. This BioPed facility has the best staff! The moment I called I knew I was dealing with professional motivated people who cared about my time and my body! I had the best experience here not having purchased orthotics for a long time. Isabella helped me get rid of my plantar fasciitis and feel stronger and more stable in my day to day activities. Terrible and stressful experience. Very unorganized. Staff kept sending me the wrong forms for my benefits, and I ended up having to get a prescription three different times just to receive my orthotic shoes. When I finally went in to pick them up, they only provided the inserts and told me I would need yet another prescription for the actual shoes.
