They were very knowledgeable and the insoles provided immediate results.
I was extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and expertise I experienced. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and patient while I was attempting to explain my issues. My new orthodics are the best quality that I have acquired over the years - I won't give up on these. This Etobicoke site will be my Bioped location of choice for the future. A long-overdue review. Syed Qadri is an excellent chiropodist. If you are active & hard on your feet he will take great care of you. If you need orthotics, he’s your man. They are made on site, so tweaks can and have been easily and quickly made. Overall foot care is excellent. Ruth is such a competent and pleasant front face for the operation. Great team!
Syed and all the staff with whom i interacted were awesome. They took their time to explain issues and solutions very clearly, were professional, and just as importantly, engaging. My orthotics feel great and with a recent knee surgery and broken bone in my foot, are just what was needed. Thanks for everything Bioped.
