I have been getting care from these amazing people for a while and I'm very happy with their efficiency, care, and knowledge of their patients and their situations. They will treat each client with care and make sure they get quality treatment. BioPed has amazing customer service and a great receptionist who also schedules follow up appointments to check up on the treatment you are receiving. I went to see Brian for my Orthotics. He was extremely patient, professional and caring with me. I truly appreciated him for taking the time to assess my condition and advice me on next course of action. Patty at the front desk was also VERY helpful. I highly recommend Bioped at Steeles and Weston for that human connect.
Just had my orthotics replaced at BioPed and they did a great job. The specialist was very thorough during the evaluation process, and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and pleasant. Great team and excellent service!
