I had a great experience at BioPed. Stephanie was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to really listen to my concerns about my foot. She explained the scanning and orthotics process clearly and made sure I understood all my options. I’m very happy with the care and attention I received and truly appreciate the time Stephanie spent helping me. I would definitely recommend BioPed to anyone looking for professional and caring service.
First time at Bioped and had an awesome experience with Patricia and Ashtyn! They were both so kind and professional! Ashtyn assisted me with custom orthotics; she did my assessment and explained the potential causes of my discomfort! She’s very knowledgeable :) Patricia helped me schedule my next follow up appointment and when to pick up my orthotics! Overall, it was a great first impression! Can’t wait to try my orthotics and progress in my running journey!
