We’ve been dealing with Kimberly for about 15 years. She’s so knowledgeable professional and caring. We come from Scarborough to see her. She knows how to make my insoles exactly to my feet. I highly recommend her.
I went in for their footwear assessment. I wanted to make sure I get the right pair of running shoes before making a huge splurge. Kimberly (i think I got her name correctly) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I didn't end up making a purchase because they didn't have the shoes I needed, so had to go to new balance and buy it there later that week.
