Took my son in to have an ingrown nail treated and nurse wasn’t able to remove it or treat the problem. She wasn’t able to use freezing so it was extremely painful. Front desk never communicated at the time of booking that the nurse may not be able to treat the issue entirely due to limited access to the tools necessary to remove the ingrown.
