It was my first time going to BioPed located in LaSalle and I am happy that they made my orthotics professionally. I am on my feet at work, 8 hours a day. Now I am very comfortable on my feet. Once again, I am so impressed with the level of service provided by Lillian at the LaSalle Bioped location. Service provided is consistently the best I’ve experienced! I’ve never had a two year warranty with orthotics. Lillian goes above and beyond. Update: I wrote this review a very long time ago. I returned to BioPed today and experienced the same high quality service. The consistency of excellent care keeps bringing me back. Great pricing on footwear is an added bonus.
I had a fantastic experience at Bioped LaSalle with Jay. Right from the beginning he was very responsive and quick with booking my consult. He was very thorough and informative throughout the process. They were very efficient in making and dispensing my orthotics. Jay was very patient and thorough during the fitting.
