The team at Bioped LaSalle were great. I came in needing orthotics and they were thorough, professional, and easy to work with. They explained how to submit to my insurance and provided a very quick turnaround on the orthotics. They even installed them in my shoes and put the original shoe lining on the orthotics to make it a seamless fit! It's been three weeks and my foot feels better and I've noticed a difference in my joints and endurance. Thank you very much to the knowledgeable staff at Bioped at the outlet mall!
I have suffered more than 20 years with chronic foot pain & have spent thousands on orthotics which never truly worked. Lillian makes a true “custom “ orthotic. My first pair needed adjustments and they were so perfect I had another pair made right away. Forget those other places that mold your foot then send you home with expensive foot beds that don’t work. I’ve had them made many places only to suffer at the end of the day. Very helpful and amazing service. Lillian was such an amazing help and very informative, Sydney was really helpful as well and Vanessa was very nice and helped with my in grown toe nail. I got a custom orthotics and work shoes and it’s literally the best purchase I’ve made in a long time.
