I'm thankful for their service. My final appointment went very well, better than expected. I left there feeling good about the experience.
At my first appointment, everything went well. Except I was being pushed to purchase two pairs of orthotics, without knowing if the first pair would even work for me. I paid a deposit of $600, with a balance that I was informed would be my final payment. My follow up appointment was very horrible. I was in so much pain, I couldn't even try on the orthotics properly. I even asked if I could come back another day, but in their greed they kept insisting I try them on and pay the balance. June 2025 Recently I went to get another pair of orthotics made. But first it was time to get another pair of walking shoes. I looked and tried many sizes and styles, finally I decided on a couple of pairs. So I went to my BioPed appointment and asked Shaffu for her advice on both pairs of shoes. After checking my walk in them as well as looking at the details of both shoes she told me to keep one but not the other.
