We wanted to thank the staff vey much for helping us with our latest purchase of shoes. Unfortunatley in less than a year they were very worn out and we asked if we could have them replaced. They had contacted their supplier and luckily for us they replaced them free of charge. We appreciate all your support thank you so much.

Paid $550 for custom orthotics at Bioped Richmond Hill and they barely lasted a year before peeling and ripping apart. For that price, the quality is mediocre at best. When I tried to bring them back, I was told I had to book an in-person appointment and waited months to be seen. The practitioner agreed they should be replaced, but the front desk cut in and refused, saying I was 2/3 months past the one-year warranty and quoted another $70 to get it repaired. Writing this review on behalf of my mom who recently visited the Bioped Richmond Hill location. Extremely poor attitude and unprofessionalism from Juan Carlos Colmenares (Pedorthist - Reg/Cert #542C) Initial assessment: My mom came to purchase orthotics from Carlos - he provided a detailed assessment for orthotics. In addition, he recommended a pair of shoes for $180. She paid a $100 deposit to buy the shoes. My mom later found the same pair of shoes online at $40-50 cheaper. This was my first time visiting BioPed in Richmond Hill. The environment was clean and welcoming. The admin staff was very prompt to assist. Daniel was great overall. He was very thorough with the consultation process and provided professional advice for my footwear needs.
