Extremely impressed with the professionalism of the operation from the receptionist to pedorthist. Daniel was very detailed & understanding of my foot problem & after my orthotics were ready had to make numerous adjustments. He made a recommendation that was provided the best outcome for my feet health. Thank you for your honest & caring recommendation!

Carlos Colmenares is a great Pedorthist. He conducted a very detailed assessment of my feet and provided a comprehensive corrective plan, which included 2 pairs of orthotics, compression socks, and indoor footwear for the house. He took his time to explain in detail the therapy and was available for questions, adjustments, and follow-ups.
I had a great experience at BioPed Richmond Hill getting my orthopaedic shoe inserts. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and really took the time to understand my specific foot issues. The custom inserts he made have made a big difference—my discomfort has improved significantly. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting it right.
