The customer service was good however the product was a disappointment. I needed breathable compressions socks for post surgery that was thigh high. Upon the first time i put them on, the morning of my surgery wearing the gloves provided a run in the thigh of the sock so that was quite annoying followed by constant rolling down (something I was aware could happen) just confirming it in fact did happen.
I’ve been going to BioPed Footcare – Vaughan Clinic for years and always have a great experience. A big shout-out to Jacquie, she’s knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time to listen and make sure my orthotics fit comfortably and work well. The clinic is organized, the staff are friendly, and the whole process is smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend for quality foot care and orthotic services.
Maria was amazing in assessing my engrown toe tail. She was very gentle and diligent. My pain was relieved immediately. Thank you so much!
