I had a great experience at BioPed Vaughan. Dr. Wei was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was causing my painful callus and how to prevent it from coming back. The treatment was gentle, thorough, and I left feeling so much better. The front desk staff were also amazing - kind, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I walked in. Overall, excellent care and customer service. I highly recommend Dr. Wei and the team!
Michelle is the Chiropodist who looks after me but all the staff are very cheerful, professional and efficient. I recommend them highly to everyone. 👍😃
I went to BioPed Vaughan recently and the service was amazing. Both receptionists were super cheerful and welcoming . Jennifer helped me out with my orthotics, she was very professional, informative and very helpful . If you need orthotics I highly reccomend Bioped Vaughan. Writing on behalf of my mom who informed me of Jennifer Zheng’s services, going above and beyond to help provide her with a comfortable pair of orthotics. She is extremely happy with her pair of orthotics after experiencing a subpar experience at another Bioped location a few years prior. From what my mom has informed me, this location doesn’t give you heavy moulds to bring back home and instead stores their moulds digitally. Thanks Jennifer for providing her excellent service.
