Friendly and knowledgeable service for custom orthotics. They are able to take 3d scans of your foot and create custom insoles for your feet that fit your shoes perfectly. The great thing about this service is that they can modify the orthotics on site, avoiding multiple unnecessary appointments to fit shoes. I’ve had 2 pairs made so far and both have been great.
The BioPed team did a superb job taking care of my feet. I initially went in for a pair of shoes and orthotics, but I found such great relief that I returned for additional pairs—including a solution for my tight soccer cleats. Rukia, Rakhshanda, and Amal were kind, caring, and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions to ensure I got the best results for my needs. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service with front desk and professional healthcare staff. Amal and Rakhsanda are helpful and professional in every single inquiry and support. My feet are super happy and comfortable, I would recommend to a friends and family.
I had a wonderful experience at Bioped Don Mills. Previously, I had my compression stockings, and my lady got two new pairs today. They fit perfectly. She also regularly gets her toenails done. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The chiropodist Rukia and the pedorthist Rakhshanda are the best❤️
