They have amazing staff, great service, and they are very accommodating. They have helped me so much, 10/10 do recommend.
I received excellent and friendly service from all the staff. Lauren made me feel super special. She's very professional and she provides honest, accurate advice, suggestions and feedback. I've purchased 3 pairs of orthotics thus far and I am very pleased with them. I've also purchased a pair of sandals which have been fitted with orthotics. Thank you so much Lauren. I had a wonderful experience with BioPed. I was greeted by Jennifer who was very pleasant and Colby who also was very pleasant and helpful. Colby fitted and custom made my orthotics. It was quick, easy and so far has alleviated my foot pain. The explanation of what my problem was helped me to understand my foot mechanics and how the orthotics would help fix the problem.
