Lauren was very thorough and explained what’s happening with my feet as well as how orthotics will help.
I have just been to Bioped to be fitted for orthotics and buy new running shoes. Lauren was so very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable to my needs and fitting/purchasing shoes. Lauren is very resourceful and accommodating when attempting to meet your needs. The convenience of having your product made on site is so valuable. I also appreciate that there is foot wear readily available to improve your mobility. I gladly recommend this full service location.
Top notch customer service, staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. I could not be happier with the orthotics, it has only been 1 week and have already noticed a significant improvement with achilles tendon pain that I have been dealing with for years. Thank you Bioped Orillia!
