Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Was in an out very promptly. I would highly recommend BioPed.
Sarah was wonderful! So helpful and friendly. I've been having issues with my knees and knew I needed custom orthotics. Sarah helped me understand where my pain was coming from and why. After she took my feet measurements, my orthotics were ready in a week and Sarah made sure they were a perfect fit in my shoes (and that I was comfortable with them) before I left her office. 🥰
Lousy products and service!
Connie made me feel super comfortable as I don't like having my feet touched. Her knowledge, coupled with experience is top notch! Love my purple orthotics 💜
The knowledge I learnt about my feet was amazing and my feet and back feel so good with my new orthotics I cant believe the difference a couple weeks make. I went to the Stoney Creek outlet and Erin was my specialist she was absolutely terrific in explaning things. Definetley reccomend them to anyone.thankyou Erin and the bioped team... Sylvia Lang
