I was extremely pleased with the quality and service received when I recently my orthotics made and fitted. I was please with all the staff. If you are a Veteran and working though VAC and need any of there services they will navigate you though any barriers and our setup for direct billing. I would like to thank Kevin for his patience, advise and professionalism.
I would strongly recommend BioPed Footcare & Orthotics Sarnia ON location. I went to them with terrible foot pain 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with a falling arch. I no longer have any ankle pain. Paul worked with me over several months to ensure my orthotics were helping with my condition. Everything is done right in the office with a short turn around. Staff is amazing and qualities is always top notch
Following a recommendation to try orthotics to help relieve knee and lower back pain, I visited the folks at BioPed in Sarnia. I found the staff the be friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable, and professional. And the service was timely too. The benefits that I have experienced from wearing my first pair of orthotics led me back purchase additional orthotics for others pairs of shoes that I wear frequently. Kudos to Paul and staff at BioPed for making me a believer in the benefits of orthotics.
