I had a very good experience getting orthotics at Bioped Brantford. Nicole, the pedorthist, was great and my orthotics turned out very well. Najia at the front desk was also very nice, kind and very helpful.

Customer #1 they really listen to you. They make the orthotics right there in house. So any adjustments can be done if needed. My husband went back for an adjustment about 3 weeks after he got his orthotics. They were amazing. They had to take a little bit off the side and bottom. It was done in like 5 minutes or less. None of this shipping it out somewhere. They put the orthotics in you shoe make sure it fits not take it home and cut it your self. It was an outstanding experience. Thanks so much ladies!
