I came to see a doctor with a problem of ingrown nails, but I had no inflammation, only mild pain in the corners and deformation of the nail plate. During the first procedure, the outer sides were cleaned. I was told to come back in 2 weeks, and at the second appointment, for some reason, they started cleaning me again and pulled out a piece of the nail. Since I could not stand this pain, the procedure was over.
Every one of the staff I met today was wonderfully friendly - Nicole, who did my assessment is PHENOMENAL! Highly recommend this business. Thank you all for your help!
Super nice ladies! Always in a good mood when I see them and very helpful when making appts. I went here two decades ago and the insoles were heavy and chunky. My feet issues are genetic (fallen arches) so my only real hope of reducing my pain after exercise was getting insoles that addressed the issue. Now the insoles are 3D printed and extremely light. I came in to get personalized orthotics, and the first thing I noticed was how welcoming and friendly the staff was! Lutiane was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to understand my situation. She instantly identified all my problem areas, and I really appreciated how patient and informative she was throughout the entire process.
