Carl Edwards was referred to us by a rehabilitation center that my father was in. We were EXTREMELY disappointed in his lack of service, communication, and the fact that he cashed $2,500 in checks and my father did NOT get the hearing aid Carl promised to bring my dad on several different occasions. The last visit he made to my father's facility, Carl stated he "I forgot your dad's hearing aid at home, but I brought one for him to borrow until I can bring the other one." I would recommend this place to anyone needing hearing aids or assistance with them. I have 2 hearing aids. Carl knows his stuff and helped me in a time of need. He is very knowledgeable and kind. The service was wonderful.
