Good Morning Merryn, I am writing to compliment you on the great service I have received from all concerned regarding my order of 2 containers. Everyone that I've had contact with have been extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. The office staff answered my questions and sent through the quotation when they said they would. Glen the delivery driver could not have done anything more to accommodate my requests for the placement of the containers. I would be pleased if you would acknowledge their great customer service.
We had an excellent experience with Bionic Container and Self Storage during our move. We were under a tight deadline and dealing with renovation delays, but they responded immediately and delivered a 20ft container to our property without any hassle. Even after-hours, they were willing to help. Their service made our move so much smoother. Highly recommend them for their exceptional care and support!
Good team to deal with, good selection on containers. Very simple from start to finish. The bloke driving the tilt tray was unreal to deal with. A absolute breath of fresh air. Merryn and her team at Bionic Storage where nothing more than fabulous. We have had a sea container with our entire household of furniture in for 4 years. I have used Bionic Storage 2 or 3 times now and I have been extremely happy with the quality of staff and containers every time. I moved to Perth a couple of years ago and when I came back to sort out my things in storage, I wasn't sure what the condition would be. Everything was as I left it. Thank you to the cheerful staff and lovely owner who always happily helped me out.
