Very happy with the results! My baby had plagiocephaly and needed a cranial helmet. Anjali was competent, professional, and understanding. She took the time at each appointment to explain the process and how my baby was progressing. I also appreciated the flexibility with scheduling too. I would certainly recommend to family and friends.

Although I am entitled to receive a pair of shoes for my continuing foot problem which includes diabetes and other issues through my insurance, I was unable to obtain them through this bionic company. My evaluation has nothing to do with this local branch, but the main office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where I was told after scheduling going to my endocrinologist and handing her the packet that was given to me For her to fill out not good enough. It took three weeks to get a knee brace. I never got a person when I called, All four telephone messages went unanswered. I was told that they don’t take my insurance (Medicare plus supplemental). Bionic personnel blamed lack of information on doctor. However, they didn’t follow up. Had it not been for intervention by advocate I think this case would have remained in some kind of incompetent limbo.
