Very unorganized and unprofessional. My doctor faxed information to them on a Monday,they never contacted me so I called on Friday, and they said they haven't received it. I called my doctor and they had sent it and went head and sent it a second time. Still eard nothing from Bionic so I called again the following Friday and they said they just received it. NOT TRUE! Very kind and listen to what I needed.They know what they are doing.
They don't call to update you. They're waiting on my doctor to fax a form for 2 months. Not one time did they call to let me know. I've called orthotics multiple times, I've left at least 5 messages, no answer.Poor communication. After so many calls, I called another office, and asked them to call them with my number, so they could call me. Meanwhile I drove to their office. The woman that should have called me was outside painting Halloween ornaments on the windows. She admitted that they called her, but lied and said they ... read more
