How does a company charge $1000.00's and $1000.00's and can't answer a phone?
Our son had to have a cranial helmet so we went with Bionic in Concord. Kayla was super helpful and straightforward every step of the way. I would highly recommend anyone going here over Cranial Tech!
Do not go here. Pick any other place. I didn’t receive an email reminder or call for my son’s final helmet appointment the day before, like I always do. I saw it on my own personal calendar the morning of and had to take off work and rearrange my schedule to try and make the appointment. I was running late. I called to confirm I still had the appointment at 11:15am and let them know I was running 10 minutes late and was on the way. I got there 14 minutes late - there was a really bad traffic issue.
