Ive been an above the knee amputee for over twenty years. I lost my leg from failed knee replacements. Because of amputation I've had a number of prothesis made. I’m not real sure how to put all the awesomeness into words‼️From the very first time talking to Melissa on the phone there was a connection like I’ve known her my whole life. She scheduled me an appointment and I got to meet her husband Eric, who is not only the licensed orthotic guru, he is one of the most professional healthcare providers on the planet earth! So if there is anyone in need of any advice or better yet, a custom fit orthotic of any type, they are the people you want to see.
What a wonderful office with an amazing staff!! Melissa at the front desk is warm and welcoming and running the office like a well oiled machine. Eric is knowledgeable, caring, and professional. They made the whole experience comfortable and easy from start to finish.10/10 experience.
Eric and Melissa @ Bionic Prosthetics & Orthotics are always so patient, professional, empathetic (what an asset they are to your company)...just awesome people that make every appointment pleasant and easier to navigate! I just love them!!!
