The staff at Bionic lied about being in-network with our insurance. We wasted two months waiting for insurance to "approve" the order when the truth was it was never going to happen. This location is also small and understaffed and wait times for appointments are long. Go elsewhere.
My prosthesis D listens to my concerns and addresses them promptly. Plus he drives to my home I couldn't ask for a better company.
