I've had nothing but problems with this place from the start. They've lied to me about several things. I finally got my diabetic shoes less than a month ago and they're already falling apart. My wife called the office yesterday to let them know and find out what we do about it. The woman said she had to call the manufacturer to see what the warranty is, and she'd call her back. Love this place and the staff! Was giving some subpar prosthetic parts from another "reputable" company that wasn't for ME specifically. Bionic made sure MY needs were meet! Very grateful for true professionals!!
Went with a prescription from my doctor on September 1st. Order me the wrong one several times. Staff tells you they will call you, never do. Worst company I have EVER done business with in my life. It December 29th & still haven’t ordered the correct brace.If your doctor tell you to go there STAY AWAY!!!! Would have gave them minus star if I could have.

Felix Martinez, prothetist at Bionic (Munster), is fantastic. I had opened up another wound on my residual limb. The doctor at the Wound Clinic called over to Felix, explained the issue, and he saw me immediately. He's now worked with me for about a month now. He is kind, understanding and is extremely knowledgeable. He's now recommended a new suspension system and I am sooo looking forward to motoring on 2 legs again. I can highly recommend Felix Martinez and Bionic Prosthetics and Orthotics without reservation.
