Working with Bionic for custom orthodics & diabetic shoes was such a breath of fresh air when compared to my previous experiences with other local companies/pharmacies! Frank explained their process when I first met with him & that is exactly, to the letter, how everything played out! Bionic is both professional & competent which I cannot say about other providers in this business. Place your faith in Bionic because you will not be disappointed! 10/10 - lifelong customer now!!!
I've had nothing but problems with this place from the start. They've lied to me about several things. I finally got my diabetic shoes less than a month ago and they're already falling apart. My wife called the office yesterday to let them know and find out what we do about it. The woman said she had to call the manufacturer to see what the warranty is, and she'd call her back. Love this place and the staff! Was giving some subpar prosthetic parts from another "reputable" company that wasn't for ME specifically. Bionic made sure MY needs were meet! Very grateful for true professionals!!
Went with a prescription from my doctor on September 1st. Order me the wrong one several times. Staff tells you they will call you, never do. Worst company I have EVER done business with in my life. It December 29th & still haven’t ordered the correct brace.If your doctor tell you to go there STAY AWAY!!!! Would have gave them minus star if I could have.
