Three appointments in a row where I had to wait 40+ minutes after the original appointment time to be seen. No calls or notice of late running appointments. It’s hard as it is trying to make accommodations with two work schedules to make these happen.
Emily Steffenson is by far the most passionate Orthotist I've had in the past 21 years. She really pours her heart into her work. She goes above and beyond to make sure you as the patient gets the best product for you. I highly recommend Emily for your bracing needs. Her caring heart is rare to see in this field.
