Meghan is superb. She evaluated me on-site at my PT appt, it was evident immediately she is VERY skilled in her field, she is knowledgeable, thorough, knows and exercises the parameters from orthodontics to insurance. She explained exactly what I needed and the process steps to get what I needed. Iin 2 weeks was at the Joliet facility for a fitting that turn out positive. Meghan & Will were absolutely wonderful during our visits with them! My little man needed some SMOs & they couldn’t have been more informative, kind, fun, and caring! They were so great with our 4 year old & made him feel so comfortable & excited for this change! I couldn’t recommend them more!
Doing the impossible or at least what has felt like impossible for so long until now. This clinic has amazing welcoming staff, that have just made my daughter feel more confident in her walk and appearance. I want to take time to give special thanks to who made it happen. I would drive as far as I need to get this kind of treatment.
