Michael at Bionic Fitness is LEGIT the best instructor and gym owner out there! I've been doing EMS with Tiae and the team at Riverside Fitness for about 18 months now and cannot recommend them highly enough!! Since childhood, I seem to have been on a roller coaster of fatigue, joint issues, illnesses which has seen me struggle to maintain a regular regime of exercise.
