Move to Ct 3 years ago. I tried out three gyms before trying out Bionic, and I didn’t hesitate to sign up that day.
This gym is way more than workouts. The community is fun, welcoming, and pushes you in the best way possible. Every workout is challenging, no matter your fitness level—but it’s always scalable so everyone can win. Since joining, this place has completely changed my life. I’m healthier, mentally stronger, and it’s even strengthened my marriage. Training together, supporting each other, and being part of this community has been a game changer. Grateful for this place and these people.

I came to Bionic and started personal training after not exercising for about 5 years and having quite a bit of excess weight. Chris made me feel comfortable from the start - developing a workout and nutrition plan that was very easy to adapt to my busy lifestyle. I’ve been going to Bionic CrossFit, an incredible gym in Newington, CT, for a few months now, and it’s hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health.
