It's a good gym with a wide variety of equipment. Plenty of squat racks and a nice variety of barbells. Dumbbells that go up to 180 (I think) with tons of different benches. They recently got a bunch of new pneumatic resistance machines that at first I thought were a waste of space but actually they're pretty nice to use. Especially the seated row. The only thing I wish they had was a low row cable station. You can use the cables that are attached to the power racks for that but it's not the same. That air powered row machin... read more
