Where do I even begin. There is so much to say about how important Simona was to my daughters recovery mentally and physically before heading to nationals. My daughter plays on one of the top teams at Dynasty and Sophia has always been very healthy, but this past year she unfortunately sprained her ankle at a high degree during an important match, and because of this, it lead to other injuries (oblique, hip and shoulder) before nationals. My daughter had a recovery and stretching session with Simona and felt so good afterwards. These kiddos have so many tournaments and practices per week, we often forget about the recovery aspect of things! Give it a try to help prevent injuries!
