Everyone is exceptionally kind, professional and knowledgeable. A very pleasant experience and high quality products. Staff works above and beyond. Highly recommended, would NEVER go anywhere else.

Those girls are so nice and polite. They explained everything that was going to happen and we had a good laugh amazing place to go .
My mom goes there for her prosthetic. She couldn't make it one time because of an old lining and someone was able to come out and help. Amazing people. Amazing service.
Do not use there service they very unprofessional first person ordered wrong inserts and wrong shoes next person Corey reordered shoes and redid inserts for my shoes there was a back ordered so when with second choice was told shoes and insert were ready scheduled appointment went to get them and was given the wrong insert was told later that day they would mail them to me since I had already made 4 trips from my home in new Britain to Waterbury three weeks later still waiting they weren’t mailed to this morning supposedly t... read more
