I ordered a Nuaire flow hood from Biomedical Solutions Inc. When the flow hood arrived, there was no damage to the packaging and I signed for it. Days later I removed the packaging only to find that there was a huge dent on the top. I reached out to the company and they told me that because I signed for it there was nothing they could do. I spoke with Benjamin Tepichin and he told me I could by a new unit at a reduced rate, $5K, but they couldn’t do anything about the $10K one I purchased that arrived damaged.
