The actual testing was subpar. The man that came out just took over our bedroom and was very rude. For the billing side of things, I have tried several times to reach out to their billing department. MEDTECHBILLING. No one ever answers the phone. The website wouldn't accept any card I gave it. Finally someone called me back after an email and they told me they got my bill paid with my Flex spending card and gave me a transaction number. Then I get another bill in the mail. Highly recommend this service! So easy from scheduling to test procedure. Tech came to my home right on schedule and since he came to my home no exposure to anything, no wait and no drive. Very prompt and professional from start to finish. Results were sent to my primary care dr. in a timely manner.
I put off having my ultrasound due to COVID. After being so careful and going no where for almost 2 years was potentially exposed to COVID in a doctors office. When I heard about this service I felt very comfortable going forward with my ultrasound. They came to my home, no exposure with other patients, no waiting and no commute. Very professional and rapid results. Strongly recommend!
