I have been using custom orthotic insoles manufactured by this company for over a year now as a discharged physical therapy patient. The orthotics have worked very well to help maintain my feet in the proper carriage to not collapse my arches, which seems to have helped drastically reduce my shin splint symptoms when combined with PT exercises and stretches. I’ve been using Biomechanical for years now. I find their orthotics super comfortable. I heard they moved but luckily I haven’t been affected by it. Hope they are back on track.
It appears that this company has completely disappeared, with many of the our patients orthotics casts. Supposedly, they moved to Arizona, but did not tell any customers they were doing so. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the local medical board but don't know what else to do.
