Best and most professional company ever!!
My knee replacement was on a Monday. I called them on Wednesday and was told they had the order. Thursday I called again and had to refuse the CPM machine bcuz Medicare will NOT cover the cost unless it is delivered to u with in 24 hours of ur surgery. WTH!!! They admitted that they knew this!! NEVER EVER USE THEM!
Worked with my insurance and were very friendly and knowledgeable!
$296 copay for an ankle brace that I wore for 2 days! Same one on Amazon for $25, what a scam! Had I known, I would have refused it!
