This is a specialty pharmacy. As long as you are proactive with your doctor & prescription. You should have no problem.
Horrible customer service. They never tell you anything and don't call you back when they say they will. Most of the time when I call the phone stays silent for about a minute and then the line will just disconnect. Hate having to work with this pharmacy!
The woman at the counter is so incredibly RUDE! She refused to answer questions about my medication. I would ask a question and she would respond with “I don’t know- it’s whatever your doctor said”. When what she should have done was ask the pharmacist. She finally huffed and yelled out my question to Nadia who provided an answer immediately. Was that so hard to do? Meds available for over night delivery on point even during covid crazy mail backups. Pharmacist answered a late night call of mine, helped me navigate my worries.... those two things I would give them 10 stars if I could. Perfect service every time so far :)!
