I would give this place no stars if I had the option I had all the proper documentation and when I got to the proof of address the guy did everything he could to try to prove that I did not live there. Payments keep going down😞 but wait time has got better... everyone is real nice.
My last donation was in Athens Ga on 8/17/17. They had to do a protien sample. I tried to go and donate today in valdosta Ga 02/21/20.But couldnt because the biotest lab lost/ misplaced my protien sample from athens ga.. The manager from athens said he has no clue where it went or why the results wasnt back. He said it showed it was sent off.. Lot of headache and wasted time.thinking of going to grifols
I drove all the way into town and tried coming in Sunday to donate plasma but they randomly closed without warning doners . I came in today at 1:30 and it’s 4 and I still have not even been stuck they had a ton of people waiting to the point people had to sit on the floor yet they had tons of empty beds.Nobody has apologized or seems to care. I NEVER waited this long at BPL. I switched to Biotest because it’s close to my job but I’ll drive the extra couple miles to go to BPL from now on. Today was the worse than ever but ove... read more
