Only got a 1 star because I can't give 0. They send you confidential documents with a number to call. I've called over 20 times in a week and no answer. Bad business practice. If you want to donate go to csl where you will be treated with respect unlike grifols!!!

Easy process
I am a new doner and I scheduled my appointment for 1pm. It’s currently 3 and I still have not started the donation process. This is really unprofessional and it’s borderline not worth my time. I’m happy to help the community and donate my precious plasma, however, my time is extremely valuable and it’s really frustrating to be sitting here for hours and hours with hardly any direction and promptness.
