According to many people who think like me, we used to like this place, until the new manager took over. This last year has been the most disorganized I have EVER seen this place in the last 6 years. I and many others I have seen at Biomat, INCLUDING employees, have transferred over to CSL or Biolife. and according to all of us, it was all because of her. Every time I come to this location, I have a great experience today. The person that I dealt with in the back was Tara. She was really nice and she made everybody feel comfortable around her. very friendly staff.
