Way too many Hoops to jump through in order to qualify to donate compared to other donating centers. I was deferred at the little rock location 6 years ago because I had alcohol on my breath, and I spent 5 hours today catching a bus to come across town at a different location in Northwest Arkansas to try to donate. I went through the entire process and they said that I qualified and then at the end they looked at my history and it showed 6 years ago that I had been deferred in Little Rock and they said that I couldn't donate... read more
Easy $110 per week and it helps me lose weight while helping others. Friendly staff amd usually less than 60 minutes per visit.
I've spent 2hrs first visit couldn't get a physical and today spent 3hrs to not even get a physical. No line or good excuse just slow and incompetent both visits. So 5 hrs and couldn't even get assessed if able to donate who's lives are they saving?... decided to drive the extra 30mins to Springdale everytime. Slept it off thought maybe I'd try again but the reviews are all the same for ppl idk how they stay in business. The front desk woman is the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve ever met. My friend was crying and asked if I could sit next to her during the screening and the technician said that there was no problem with that. I was then yelled at by the receptionist for simply walking behind them and she tried scolding me, a grown adult, simply because she wasn’t consulted on me sitting next to my friend.
