Karina was an awesome experience every visit. Rather she was at the front desk or in the back her demeanor was always soft and professional.
Karina is one of the best people you should definitely look forward to screening you. She’s very welcoming, which helps settle your nerves, for those of us that hate needles. She has the tendency to naturally lean towards making donors feel comfortable during the process, and that flows even more, if she is working in the donation section. 5 stars is being polite, but if that’s all there is, “I’ve got 5 on it!!”🎶🎶
Why cant they keep staff? When they're more than an hour behind can they not adjust the donor hub so they wont get appointments until they catch up? Its 11:35 appointment was at 10:45. Just now got in a chair. Who knows how long it'll take to get stuck.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would—Karina absolutely deserves it. Karina at Grifols is truly one of a kind. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel welcome and at ease. Hire more staff. The wait time is ridiculous when there is only 2 people ahead of you it shouldn't take 1.5 hours just to get started. The staff talks shit about people as soon as they walk away. 1 kiosk open of 5 only 1 person working intake and 4 or 5 stations. Less than half of the machines are used because lack of staff. I'll probably get attitude next time I'm in because of the review. But if I tell them anything in defense they will kick me out. Who wants to deal with that for low pay. They can afford to pay new donors... read more
