I love Mary but they've lost Logan😪 Also they need to work on keeping their regular donors. They have great incentives for new donors but us regulars they don't care about. Almost makes me want to go elsewhere.
I use to love coming to this location. Jen, Angie, Melissa , Carla and a few others are wonderful. But the management is rude. I was permanently deferred over a issue regarding my personal information being disclosed out loud and being uncomfortable with it. ( regarding my weight) . It is hurtful to be deferred over something like this. Hope they change their policies...
Great experience first time donating again. Happy to do it and save life's. They are really nice here great service. Like meeting new ppl.
Great, friendly staff that know you by name whenever you come in! They joke with you, treat you very well, etc! I enjoy that it is close to home and work and that I can just stop on in after work!
Super awesome staff. Wish the rates would go up. But otherwise experience here has always been pretty top tier.
