Well I liked this place at first and felt bad for the employees because they were short staffed, but I have NEVER seen so many people get turned away for the day because their blood pressure is high. I've myself have been turned away 3 times and as far as I know I don't have high blood pressure., so I am wondering if their cuffs are a bit off.
My first time I was nervous and kinda scared but the employees made it so easy and made it so relaxing that it made me come back going on my 4th donation and makes me feel good to make a difference Someone here said u save a life while ur also helping ur pocket
I moved here from California where there was no where to donate. I lived there for 7 years. Prior to that I lived in Florida. I went to this facility now that I'm settled in living here. Yesterday I went to start my 1st donation process and I was turned away because they could not get in touch with the facility in Florida to confirm my donor status. After waiting 4 hours. Horrible experience!! Need better customer service skills for front desk staff. I went there at recommendation of a friend…1st time I was turned away because it was 1pm and too late to do new patient intake (although website hours list close at 7pm); okay fine understandable. 2nd time arrived at 11am got started on paperwork, physical/interview and then denied (again) because I couldn’t produce a receipt of my last tattoo/piercing, even though I told them it’s been over 1year!
