If I could give no stars I would!! Victoria is very rude and very rough with patients when inserting the IV. My daughter ended up seizing on her way home and in the hospital where she was told the center took too much plasma out. I called the center and a woman answered who wasn't pleasant in the beginning, I asked to speak to the manager and without her telling me she was the manager she basically asked me what do I want. The first time I donated, the experience was pleasant. The staff was friendly and answered all the questions I had. The second time was HORRIBLE. The phlebotomist missed when sticking the needle in my arm BECAUSE she was too worried about the new girl that literally started working there that day. Instead of focusing on finding my vein, she kept glancing back and forth at the new girl basically criticizing her work ethic.
