The first time I donated, the experience was pleasant. The staff was friendly and answered all the questions I had. The second time was HORRIBLE. The phlebotomist missed when sticking the needle in my arm BECAUSE she was too worried about the new girl that literally started working there that day. Instead of focusing on finding my vein, she kept glancing back and forth at the new girl basically criticizing her work ethic. I honestly love coming here! It’s a great way to make extra money and relax for an hour. Everyone who has stuck me has made it quick and painless. They are all super sweet to talk to and will answer any questions you have or adjust you if you’re uncomfortable. My favorite is Alexis!
